For the first time this year we were able to represent the Linux Foundation at FOSDEM' 18 in Brussels. The special thing about this non-commercial event is that it is completely free of charge. The priority of this event is to exchange information with the free software and open source communities and be informed about the latest developments in the open source world.
We are very happy about the numerous participants of FOSDEM, who showed a lively interest in the trainings and certifications of the Linux Foundation. We were pleased to present the Linux Foundation's extensive training and certification program to our visitors. To the delight of many FOSDEM enthusiasts, we presented our "Free Online Introductory Training" courses, which are especially suitable for beginners. Another highlight for the friends of the LF were our free and very popular webcam covers.

The very well organized event with more than 690 talks and 57 tracks has already been very well received by the developers and interested people of the IT scene since many years. High-ranking speakers from the open source sector shared their knowledge with thousands of supporters.

We are glad that we have been accepted so warmly at FOSDEM and are already looking forward to next year! An overview of many informative lectures and presentations can be found under this link:
